These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and wanpar governing your use of the platform, account registration, sports betting, casino gaming, payment transactions, and all associated services. You must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid Pakistani CNIC to register and use wanpar. CNIC verification is mandatory before deposits, withdrawals, or real-money gameplay are enabled on your account.
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one wanpar account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different identity documents — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on wanpar are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). wanpar does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not apply currency conversion charges on PKR transactions.
All promotional offers and bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible game restrictions as stated at the point of offer. Attempting to exploit bonuses through irregular play patterns may result in bonus cancellation and account review.
Use of automated software, bots, or scripts; collusion; match-fixing; money laundering through the platform; and any other fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities in addition to account termination.
wanpar reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Registered users will be notified of material changes.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the User and wanpar. Access to or use of the Platform in any capacity, including browsing without registration, constitutes acknowledgment of and agreement to these Terms.
2.2 By completing the registration process and creating an Account, you explicitly represent and warrant that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms in full; (b) you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3; (c) you are not located in a jurisdiction where online betting or casino gaming is prohibited by applicable law; and (d) you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
2.3 These Terms must be read in conjunction with wanpar's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the agreement between the User and wanpar.
3.1 Age Requirement. The wanpar platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times during which the Account remains active. wanpar enforces this requirement through mandatory CNIC verification. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
3.2 Identity Verification. All Users must complete the KYC verification process by submitting clear photographs of the front and back of their valid Pakistani CNIC. Withdrawals, deposits exceeding specified thresholds, and access to certain Platform features are restricted pending successful KYC completion. wanpar reserves the right to request additional documentation — including proof of address or proof of payment method ownership — at any time.
3.3 One Account Policy. Each individual person may hold exactly one wanpar Account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different identity documents, device profiles, payment methods, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. wanpar employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. In cases where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
3.4 Accurate Information. Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must promptly update their Account details if any information changes. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or CNIC number — is a serious violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud.
4.1 Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials, including their password and any two-factor authentication codes. wanpar will never ask for your password by any channel, including SMS, email, or live chat.
4.2 Any activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, or withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have previously notified wanpar of a security breach. wanpar's liability for unauthorised Account activity is limited where the User has failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their credentials.
4.3 Users must notify wanpar immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised access to their Account. wanpar will investigate all reported security incidents and may temporarily suspend the Account pending investigation.
4.4 wanpar recommends that all Users enable two-factor authentication on their Account and use a unique, strong password that is not used for any other online service.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. wanpar currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels:

5.2 Currency. All transactions are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). wanpar does not impose currency conversion fees. The PKR balance displayed in your Account is the exact amount available for wagering or withdrawal.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) the User's Account must be fully KYC verified; (b) any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must have been met before bonus-derived balances can be withdrawn; (c) withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
5.4 AML Compliance. wanpar is committed to preventing money laundering through the platform. Unusual deposit patterns, repeated deposit-and-withdrawal cycles without significant wagering activity, and other indicators of potential money laundering will trigger an account review. wanpar reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and request additional documentation during such reviews.
5.5 Deposits are Non-Refundable After Wagering. Once a deposit has been wagered, it cannot be refunded. Deposit refund requests are only considered in exceptional circumstances — such as a technical error by wanpar — and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
6.1 Sports Betting. All sports bets placed on wanpar are subject to the specific rules of the sport or event in question, as published in the relevant market on the Platform at the time of placement. In the event of any ambiguity, wanpar's interpretation of the applicable rules will be final.
6.2 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation; event abandonment where insufficient play has occurred; manifest error in odds; technical error in bet acceptance; or any circumstance where the integrity of the market has been compromised. Void bets result in the return of the original stake to the User's Account balance.
6.3 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) betting markets are subject to delayed settlement due to the real-time nature of the underlying event. wanpar reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice. Bets accepted prior to a market suspension remain valid.
6.4 Casino Games. All casino games, slot titles, and live dealer games on wanpar are certified by independent testing laboratories for RNG (Random Number Generator) fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game title are available within the game information panel. Theoretical RTP figures are calculated over statistically significant long-term play and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
6.5 Bet Acceptance. wanpar reserves the right to decline any bet, limit the maximum stake on any market, or restrict betting access for any User at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. This includes without limitation: accounts identified as professional gamblers; accounts with significant winning history on specific markets; or accounts under security review.
7.1 All bonus offers and promotional campaigns made available on the wanpar platform are governed by the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time of availability. These specific terms set out, among other things: the minimum qualifying deposit amount; the applicable wagering requirement multiplier; the time period within which the wagering requirement must be satisfied; the eligible games or markets; and any maximum withdrawal limit applying to bonus-derived winnings.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless specified otherwise in the specific bonus terms, the standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 35x the combined sum of the deposit amount and the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotional terms.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. wanpar employs automated monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple first-deposit bonuses; placing offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal real financial risk; exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with good-faith recreational play. Where bonus abuse is detected, wanpar reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void any winnings derived from the abused bonus, and close the Account.
7.4 wanpar reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Bonuses credited to an Account in error will be removed without prior notice.
8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wanpar platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account suspension or permanent closure:
8.2 wanpar reserves the right to refer any activity suspected of constituting a criminal offence — including match-fixing, fraud, and money laundering — to the relevant Pakistani law enforcement authorities and international regulatory bodies.
9.1 wanpar is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its users. The Platform provides a range of self-management tools accessible directly from the account dashboard, including:
9.2 wanpar strongly encourages any User who believes their gambling is causing harm to themselves or others to make use of the responsible gaming tools described above and to seek independent professional support.

10.1 All content on the wanpar Platform — including but not limited to software, logos, trade marks, text, graphics, audio, video, data compilations, and database structures — is the property of wanpar or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not extend to: copying, reproducing, or distributing any Platform content; reverse engineering any Platform software; or using any wanpar trade mark or branding without prior written consent.
10.3 Any unauthorised use of wanpar's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wanpar's total cumulative liability to any User arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.2 wanpar shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings; (b) loss of data or corruption of data; (c) indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind; (d) any loss arising from a User's reliance on information provided by the Platform; or (e) any interruption to Platform access caused by maintenance, technical failure, or events beyond wanpar's reasonable control.
11.3 wanpar does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, free of errors, or free of security vulnerabilities. Planned and unplanned maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions. Bets that cannot be placed due to a technical interruption prior to the relevant event's start may be re-placed when the Platform becomes available, subject to the then-current odds.
12.1 Voluntary Closure. Users may close their wanpar Account at any time by contacting the support team via the live chat on the account dashboard. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their natural outcome and any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to a verified payment method in the User's name.
12.2 Closure by wanpar. wanpar reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) suspected fraudulent activity; (c) failure to pass or maintain KYC verification; (d) duplicate account detection; or (e) any other circumstance where wanpar determines that continued Account operation poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of its users.
12.3 Where an Account is closed by wanpar due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited where the breach involved fraudulent or dishonest conduct.
13.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under wanpar's operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the User's use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation.
13.2 Formal Complaints. Users who wish to raise a formal complaint may do so by contacting the wanpar support team via live chat on the account dashboard. All formal complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and a substantive response will be provided within 10 business days.
13.3 Regulatory Escalation. If a User is not satisfied with the resolution of their complaint through the internal process, they may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory body under whose licence wanpar operates. Details of the applicable regulatory body are available upon request from the wanpar support team.
14.1 wanpar reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. In the case of material changes — including changes that affect User rights or financial terms — wanpar will notify registered Users by SMS or email to their registered contact details at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.
14.2 Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
