This Privacy Policy explains how wanpar collects, processes, stores, shares, and protects the personal data of all users who register with or access the platform. Your privacy is treated as a foundational obligation — not a compliance footnote. This document tells you exactly what data we hold about you and why.
Six commitments that underpin how wanpar handles every piece of data you share with us.
wanpar collects personal data only for clearly defined, lawful purposes — account operation, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. We do not collect data speculatively or for purposes beyond what is disclosed in this Policy.
We collect the minimum data necessary to deliver our services and meet our legal obligations. We do not collect additional personal information simply because it may be convenient. Every data field requested has a documented reason linked to a specific operational requirement.
All personal data held by wanpar is protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Access to personal data within wanpar's systems is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis, logged, and regularly audited.
wanpar takes reasonable steps to ensure that the personal data we hold about you is accurate and up to date. Users may review and update their profile information through the account dashboard at any time. Material inaccuracies in KYC data must be corrected promptly through the support process.
Personal data is retained for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law and regulatory obligations. When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with our data retention schedule.
This Privacy Policy is written in plain, accessible English and is available at all times from the wanpar website. We do not use obscure language to conceal what data we collect or how we use it. If our practices change in a material way, registered users will be notified before the change takes effect.

Where personal data is transferred to such providers, wanpar ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place, including contractual data processing agreements that impose data protection obligations equivalent to those described in this Policy.

11.1 As a user of the wanpar Platform, you have the following rights in respect of the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, please contact the wanpar support team via live chat on the account dashboard or by email at [email protected].
Specific rights available to every wanpar user regarding personal data we hold about them.
You have the right to request a copy of all personal data wanpar holds about you. We will provide this within 30 days of receiving a verified request. This is sometimes called a Subject Access Request (SAR).
If personal data we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request that it be corrected. Account profile information can be updated directly through the account dashboard. CNIC corrections require support team involvement.
In certain circumstances, you may request the deletion of your personal data. This right is subject to limitations where data retention is required by law — for example, financial transaction records that must be retained for regulatory compliance cannot be deleted on request.
You may request that processing of your personal data be restricted in certain circumstances — for example, where you have contested the accuracy of the data, or where you believe processing is unlawful but do not wish the data to be deleted.
You have the right to receive personal data you have provided to wanpar in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format — and to request that this data be transmitted directly to another controller where technically feasible.
You have the right to object to processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time. You also have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests, where your particular circumstances justify that objection.
12.1 The wanpar Platform is strictly restricted to users aged 21 and above. wanpar does not knowingly collect personal data from any individual under 21 years of age. The mandatory CNIC verification process is designed to prevent underage registration.

13.2 Where changes to this Policy are material — meaning they affect how your personal data is used, who it is shared with, or the rights available to you — wanpar will notify registered users by SMS to their registered mobile number or by email at least 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.
13.3 Continued use of the wanpar Platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. If you do not accept the revised Policy, you should close your account prior to the effective date of the change.
